I pray that the Lord will lead you to the right man who will treat you as a queen for the rest of your days on earth. As a woman God created you to be a blessing to your spouse, your children, community and the world at large. You need to be proud of yourself, believe in yourself and trust God for the best in life knowing that no matter how bad life may have treated you or is treating you, the best is still ahead. If you are praying to God for the right man for marriage, the first question that should come to your mind is how willing am I in accepting the authority of the man I want to live with for the rest of my life, and the second question, is he of the same faith with me? There are so many potentials in the lives of men that can be used by God yet God does not expect any good thing to come out of a man’s life that He has not refined. Those that God used and still uses to transform their generations to bring glory to Himself had to be refined by Him. If you see any man God decides to use to bring glory to Himself, the man has to go through purging and this process is not a process anyone would love to go through but it is God’s own way so as to forge such a man to the kind of instrument specified for a particular purpose. So many of us are eager to be used by God but how many are prepared to be refined? Power if not managed they say, is corrupt; and absolute power corrupts absolutely when not managed. This is why you see some of our young stars who are age 16 – 29 exposed to the front of cameras and are earning large sums of money in their career misbehave a lot, are stubborn, arrogant, and have no respect for their elders or to God. One of the most amazing things about God to me is the fact that He created us with the “FREE WILL” to choose to accept Him. Now I know the huge theological discussion that exists between Calvinism and Arminianism over the attempt to explain the relationship between God’s sovereignty and man’s responsibility in the matter of salvation. But please don’t get distracted by that rather I want you to think about how God allows us to live and choose to follow or reject Him. God our maker does not need us to make Himself complete nor was He lonely, but He chose to create us and allowed us to live freely in our own thoughts and mind. I believe that this characteristic of God shows how blessed we are and this should make our attitude towards Him to be positive and always wanting to please Him. Every truth that is revealed to us in God’s Word is there not only for our information but also for our inspiration. Prayer: I pray for you today that every suffering you and your   family are going through because of your disobedience or mistake which is causing the enemy to have an upper hand in your life, the Lord Almighty shall looked down on you in His mercy, forgive and turn things around for your good in the name of Jesus……Amen!!   One lesson from God’s dealings with Pharaoh and the Egyptians is the consequences of disobedience of man. Sin has wide spread consequence. God told Pharaoh to release the children of Israel whom he had enslaved for 430 years but he refused. When the judgement on his defiance came, it affected all of Egypt – men, beast, vegetation; even the sun shining upon the land was affected. One man sinned but a whole nation suffered for it. That was in a nation that did not know God. What about a godly nation? There are many promises in the Bible. All of these promises are real and can be enjoyed by you and me. Our God is powerful and rich, stories in the Bible we see, read and tell others of when encouraging them during their time of challenges or sorrow works just as the Lord saved, protected and guided the Israelites during their wilderness journey; the same thing He will and is still doing today. God never changes, and the words of His promises never change nor fail. The only time His promises does not come to fulfilment is when the person, family or nation starts sinning against God thinking they can outsmart God. After considering the work God has done in the past and the one He is still doing in the present we realise that all of His promises are received by faith which rests on God’s power, love and faithfulness. The last force we looked at was the force of divine direction of which we shall start from so as to refresh our memories. Force of Divine Plan and Vision (Acts 9: 3 – 16; Habakkuk 2: 2 - 3): It does not matter how fast a person runs in the wrong direction, you can never arrive at the right destination. God decides but, man discovers divine purpose. It does not matter how colourful our plans are, they can never be as wonderful as God’s plan for our lives. One of my spiritual father in the Lord was sharing a testimony of how he lost a whopping sum of £50,000 in 1992. He decided to take a walk and as he was walking he was praying to God. Walking on the road along River Thames bridge was a very good idea so he made his way there and along the way he had the devil speak clearly to him to jump into the river. He said, that the devil was telling him after all these years what do you have to show for and you say you are serving God……..hmmmm. Is it not the same thing most of us hear whenever we face trials, disappointments, betrayal and unfavorable situations? Well I want to let you know that you don’t have to give up trusting on God because I believe those situations are just bus stops in your life that brings you back to reality check in knowing who your true friends are and better ways to continue on your journey. As I was going through the Scriptures Psalm 37, I came to verses 23 that says, “The Lord directs the steps
